The Ultimag“ solenoid actuator provides up to 10 times the cycle rate of other actuator technologies, achieving a peak torque to 100 oz.-in. This unique solenoid actuator design features a relatively small package size (less than 2 in. diameter by 1 3/8 inch length) and offers exceptional speed and torque performance for limited stroke bi-directional applications.
These solenoid actuators are suited for office automation, automotive, factory, automation, defense and medical applications. The Ultimag solenoid actuator features a 100 million-plus actuation duty life and is appropriate for rapid cycling on-off or variable positioning application requirements.
Additional features of these solenoid actuators include: internal end-of-stroke stops, potential for magnetic latching at one or both ends of travel, custom stroke limiting, and U.S. or metric shaft and mounting threads.
